How do I return an item or order?

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges of alcohol, Regiis Ova caviar, or more than 12 units of the same item.

You can expect to receive your refund within 14-21 business days after the package has been returned to Plum Market and the refund will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or gift card account number only. The item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories and original sales receipt (or packing slip for web orders) to ensure full credit. You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment for unopened items and store credit (at the current price) for opened items or items returned without a receipt. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product; you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We must physically receive the returned product within 30 days of purchase. Plum Market reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
